RCRA refresher online course

We do in-house and online RCRA Training This RCRA refresher course is designed for large and small quantity generators of hazardous wastes. It satisfies the training requirements under 40 CFR 265.16. The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requires that facility personnel be trained to “perform their duties in away that ensures the facility’s compliance” with hazardous waste regulations. This one-day course covers the RCRA’s “cradle to grave” rules and regulations and the implications on Superfund. Topics include:

How does it work? This online course is conducted through an Internet website where our instructor will lead you through a set of PowerPoint presentation. You will see the presentation in real time through your computer and hear the instructor’s voice through your speaker phone. You will not see the instructor. What is needed? All you need is an Internet connection (high speed recommended) and a telephone line. If you have a data projector in your conference room, you can link it to your computer and project the presentation on your screen.

How do you book it? You select the time and date of your training email or by calling us at 1-877-EPA-LAWS. After we receive payment from you (by credit card, check or purchase order), we will contact you with a toll free number to call to receive the training. You can ask questions any time you wish (during or after the LIVE presentation). How much does it cost? The cost for the RCRA refresher course (about 4 hours in duration with a 15-minute break after each hour) is $295 per person. If you have 4 or more participants, we can negotiate a lower rate for your group. We also offer on-site seminars with our instructor doing the training at your facility in person. Any questions?
